Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of studio.pardesco.com and the digital products and services offered on it by Studio Pardesco, a trading name of Pardesco LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a product you agree to them.
1. The website
The site is provided for information and to sell our products. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or use it for anything unlawful. Content on the site is ours or licensed to us; you may quote it with attribution and a link.
2. Digital products
Paid products (currently Hypernovum Pro and the 4D Polytope Viewer creator license) are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record and processes payment, tax, and invoicing under its own terms. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product as described on its product page. The license scope, duration, and any device limits stated on the product page and at checkout are part of these terms.
You may not resell, sublicense, or share license keys. We may revoke a license that is being abused or was obtained fraudulently.
3. Open-source software
Source code we publish under an open-source license (for example the Hypernovum Obsidian plugin under AGPL-3.0, or our agent skills under MIT) is governed by that license, not by these terms.
4. Refunds
Refund windows are stated on each product page. Where a product page does not state one, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you if the product did not work as described. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
5. Services
Automation, consulting, and development services are governed by a written scope of work agreed before the engagement begins. That document controls price, deliverables, timeline, and ownership. Unless it says otherwise, you own the deliverables once paid in full, and we keep the right to reuse general know-how and non-client-specific code.
6. Acceptable use of our software
Our software is a tool. You are responsible for what you and any AI agents you launch through it do with your code, your accounts, and third-party services. Do not use it to violate another party's terms, rights, or the law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Software that supervises AI agents cannot guarantee the behaviour of those agents.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to a different venue.
