AI automation that keeps a human on the decision.
I build automations for small businesses that are drowning in repetitive reading, sorting, and replying. The AI does the reading and drafting. You keep the final say. Fixed prices, built on tools you own, handed over with documentation.
What I build
AI support triage with a human approval gate
Tickets or emails come in. An AI classifies each one, drafts a reply, and pauses on an approval page. You approve, edit, or reject in one click. Nothing is sent without a person. This is the same system that runs support for my own SaaS.
- Intake from your form, inbox, or help desk
- Injection and abuse screening before any AI reads a message
- Classification with confidence scores and three lanes: auto, review, hold
- Drafted replies in your voice, approval page, send on approval
- Runs on n8n you own. No monthly fee to me after handover.
Inbox, lead, and order routing
Route incoming leads, orders, or messages to the right place with the right summary attached. Etsy, Shopify, Gmail, forms, spreadsheets, Slack.
- One source, one destination, one rule set
- Deduplication and logging so nothing is handled twice or lost
- Handover doc and a recorded walkthrough
Internal AI tools over your own data
Give your team an assistant that can look things up in your systems without being able to change them. Read-only MCP servers, retrieval over your documents, reporting bots.
- Read-only by default; write actions only with explicit confirmation
- Your data stays in your accounts
- Plain-English documentation for whoever maintains it next
Prices are starting points for a clearly scoped build and are set low on purpose while I grow a local client list. You get the exact number in writing before any work starts.
How it works
- 01
A 30-minute call
You show me the work that eats your time. I tell you honestly whether automating it is worth the money.
- 02
A one-page scope
What goes in, what comes out, what a person still decides, and the fixed price. You sign off before I build.
- 03
Build and test on real data
I build in your n8n instance or set one up for you. We test with real tickets or messages, not demos.
- 04
Handover
You own everything: the workflows, the credentials, the docs. I stay available at an hourly rate if you want changes.
Why me
I am not an agency reselling a template. I run a SaaS with paying customers and built this exact triage system to handle its support. I know where automations break: the platform timeout that eats a refund, the prompt injection hidden in a customer message, the worker that quietly stops. Every build I hand over is designed around those failures, and every one keeps a person on the decision that matters.
Questions
- Why n8n instead of a custom app or Zapier?
- n8n is open source and can be self-hosted, so you own the automation and pay no per-task fees. It also has first-class AI nodes with guardrails, structured extraction, and human-approval steps, which is exactly what support and inbox work needs.
- Will the AI send replies to my customers on its own?
- Not unless you ask for that. Every build defaults to a human approval step. The AI reads, classifies, and drafts. A person decides what is sent.
- What does it cost to run after you hand it over?
- Your AI provider costs, typically cents per ticket, plus hosting if you self-host n8n (a small VPS or your existing server). There is no ongoing fee to me unless you want changes.
- Do you only work with Cincinnati businesses?
- No. I am based in Cincinnati and happy to meet in person, but everything I build is delivered remotely and works anywhere.
- What if my problem is not on this list?
- Email me a description of the work you want to stop doing by hand. If it is a good fit I will say so; if it is not, I will tell you what I would use instead.
Tell me what you want to stop doing by hand.
One email with a rough description is enough. I reply within one business day with whether it is a fit and a first estimate.
