Randall Morgan. AI engineer. I build and run AI products, solo.
I run Studio Pardesco, the software side of Pardesco LLC. Over the last two years I have designed, built, and operated a production SaaS, an AI support-automation pipeline, an open-source developer tool, and two more products now in review or early release. I am looking for a full-time role in AI automation, software engineering, or product design, and I take on a small number of automation engagements for Cincinnati businesses.
Resume available on request by email, or see the full history on LinkedIn.
What I bring
I ship the whole thing
Spec, data model, API, UI, billing, deploy, analytics, support. Every product on this site was taken from idea to paying users by one person.
AI-native, human-accountable
AI coding agents write a large share of my code, under written specs and review. Every automation I build keeps a person on the decision that matters.
Design that converts
I audit before I redesign, and I measure after. Contrast, motion, copy claims, and pricing clarity are engineering problems with numbers.
Security as a design constraint
No static cloud keys, no database credentials in automation tools, metered spend gated to paying users, injection lanes for anything that reads customer text.
Stack I work in
Short history
- 2018
Founded Pardesco LLC in Cincinnati. Started with parametric product design and an online store that has since done $300K+ in sales.
- 2023
Moved the practice to software: AI-assisted apps and automated content pipelines, first as internal tools, then as products.
- 2026
Launched LaserBurnAI (SaaS), Hypernovum (open source), Brandvane, and Readyweek. Built the AI support-triage pipeline that runs LaserBurnAI support.
Outside of work I lead the Art & Creativity group at CincyAI, Cincinnati's AI community, and I make geometric art under the Pardesco name at pardesco.com.
