Privacy Policy

Studio Pardesco is a trading name of Pardesco LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and the software we publish, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we do not sell anything about you, and our software does not send us your data.

1. Who this policy covers

Other products operated by Pardesco LLC, including LaserBurnAI, Brandvane, and Readyweek, have their own privacy policies on their own domains. Pardesco.com has its own policy as well.

2. What we collect on this website

This site is a static website. It does not use accounts, login, cookies set by us, or third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp for security and operational purposes under Cloudflare's own retention rules.

If you email us, we receive whatever you send, including your email address. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to any mailing list.

3. Purchases

Paid products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details, email address, and billing information under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address, order details, and license key so we can deliver the product and provide support. We do not receive or store your card number.

4. Our software

Hypernovum and Hypernovum Pro run entirely on your computer. They do not send your code, notes, files, or agent sessions to us or to anyone else. The only network requests the software makes on its own are: an update check against the public release feed hosted on GitHub (which exposes your IP address to GitHub under its policy), and license validation with Lemon Squeezy when you enter a license key. Any AI coding agents you launch from Hypernovum communicate with their own providers under those providers' terms; we are not party to that traffic.

The 4D Polytope Viewer and Fractal Zoom Studio run in your browser. Exports are generated locally.

5. Services

When we build automation for a client, we handle client data only as described in that client's written scope of work, and only inside systems the client owns or authorises. We do not retain client business data after handover except as needed to honour a support agreement.

6. How we use information

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

7. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers named above (Cloudflare, Lemon Squeezy, GitHub) to the extent needed to operate, and with authorities if required by law.

8. Retention

Order and license records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for support. Server logs are governed by Cloudflare's retention.

9. Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy laws (including the EU/UK and US states with consumer privacy statutes) have the rights those laws provide; we honour them for everyone.

10. Children

This site and our products are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. Material changes to how our software handles data will also be noted in that software's release notes.
